We recommend shorter, weekly training sessions
Studies have clearly shown that training programs have maximum impact when the sessions are shorter and spaced over a longer period of time. When you consider any sports team, they practice in short sessions paced over a whole season. If they didnt, the coaches would have to give them all they need to learn in a few full, overwhelming days, where they would learn lost of useful ideas, but there were too many to keep them all fresh in mind and practice diligently. This reduces the actual skill development and the ideas become more nice theory. You take business training for skill development, and not just theory. Youve probably attended trainings where you learned a lot of good quality information, but because there was so much all at once, you never used it to its full capacity.
The old question applies here: how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time! As silly as this metaphor seems, it is exactly how people learn best: paced, a manageable amount at a time without being overwhelmed. At first glance, this training format may seem impractical and more time consuming, but when you consider that this format requires no catch up on work period after a few days out of your office, nor a rushed preparation to be away for extended periods, it is an extremely practical way learn. This also allows you to leave the training and get right back into your work environment to use your new skills immediately (research proves that immediate application improves retention by 400 - 500% over delayed application).

Delivered at the site of your choice
Studies prove that information is most effectively remembered and used in the environment that it is learned. This is why we recommend that, where possible, our programs be conducted in or near the environment that you will be most often apply it.
In addition, this means that there is little time wasted travelling, and you can immediately (literally) begin using the new ideas. This eliminates the crucial dilution time that usually occurs between learning and real world application of material, and automatically associates the material to your regular environment instead of a hotel or resort. Its highly cost effective, too!
We also realize, however, that this is not always practical or possible for you, so were happy to deliver the programs at the location most convenient for you.
Materials & manuals
Our programs all include a comprehensive review manual that is yours to keep. Written in a user-friendly, easy to use format, it captures the spirit and content of the program for your reference and review once your program is completed.
Ongoing support after your program is completed
When you train with us, we make a long-term commitment to you that ensures your complete satisfaction. Your trainer is available to you during or after your program is completed, to help you use your material in the most effective manner.

Coaching vs. teaching or training
Each participant has his or her own unique challenges, issues and concerns. With this in mind, we design our programs to have the maximum impact by having a coaching orientation in the learning environment, maximizing your access to the trainers feedback and expertise. This is why we recommend (but again, not mandatory) that your program be delivered in groups of no more than 15 participants.
Wise living consists perhaps less in acquiring good habits than in acquiring as few habits as possible.
